This Mescal is meant to be enjoyed neat and was a special at Elote in Sedona recently. I tried it and I had to find some. It was easy to order, priced competitively and arrived within a few days.

Made from Espadin, Madrecuixe and Tepextate agave varieties in equal parts.
Roasted, crushed, fermented and distilled on-site.
We rest the mezcal in the bottle for three years before it is released.
The Ensambles aromatics include wet stone, eucalyptus, ash and toasted agave.
On the palate, notes of legume, fresh wood and flint.
The finish is long, juicy and numbing.
